A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This is applied to your final invoice. Dates are held for 3 business days after booking, before payment. All services are required to be paid in full prior to your service date.
Last minute appointments are subject to a rush fee. This includes in-person and virtual appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a 50% service charge. A lot of time is spent carefully booking clients, often times months in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling causes a disruption in business and can affect other clients.
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Gift certificates available.

Personal Shopping
Purchases are made using the authorized payment provided by the client. Circumstances may arise when Ashley’s credit card must be used to process the order. In this case, purchases made by Ashley on her credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee when reimbursed by the client.
Rewards and perks earned on client purchases are the property of Ashley Schafer, LLC.
Clients receive one round of returns post try on session. If a client would like to return additional items, the mailing label will be provided for the client to make their own return. Excessive returns requested after the initial return period could be subject to an additional processing fee.
Ashley is not responsible for broken or damaged items.
All services include a 60 mile round trip travel from zip code 08053. Services are not inclusive of parking fees. Travel exceeding 60 miles round trip will be charged at 95 cents/mile plus the cost of tolls and/or parking and are also subject to additional hourly fee.
All mileage from zip code 12204 will be charged at 95 cents/mile.
Overnight travel is subject to additional travel expenses.
